As CEO of Pro Motion Slides since 1990, Romano
is responsible for creating and implementing the vision for PMSI's integrated
cinema marketing solutions. Under his leadership, PMSI represented over
7,000 movie screens nationwide, and became a major player in one of
North America's strongest growing advertising media as well as the United
Kingdom.
Under Romano's direction, PMSI has successfully
forged partnerships with premier exhibitors including National Amusements,
Showcase Cinemas, Loews Cineplex Entertainment, Consolidated Theatres,
United Artists Theatres, Magic Johnson Theatres, Sony Theatres, Star
Cinemas, US Navy Screens worldwide, Crown Theatres, City Cinemas, Consolidated
Theatres, GKC Theatres, Kerasotes Theatres, Wehrenberg Cinemas, Wallace
Theatres, Clearview Cinemas, Sunrise Cinemas, General Cinemas, and hundreds
of other independent screens.
Romano led the U.S. national and regional sales
teams for PMSI developing sales strategy and managing sales teams in
the United States and United Kingdom. He is responsible for revenue
generated via national and regional cinema preshow ads, slides, promotional
extensions and in-theatre integrated marketing programs.
Romano is regularly asked to speak at industry
events and for comments and interviews from the trade and business press.
